Searles Valley Minerals manufactures four distinct grades of anhydrous sodium for various end uses. These grades include: medium(fine); standard; coarse; and premium (used primarily in glass manufacturing).

Anhydrous sodium sulfate can be used in a number of manufacturing processes. Some examples of these are detergents, pulp and paper, textiles, glass, and carpet fresheners.
